Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based at the Ganesh Cars showroom in Vellore. The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki vehicles and financing options. Daily activities include explaining product features, conducting test drives, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and payment processes. The role also involves maintaining customer records,



following up on leads, coordinating with the service and finance teams, and meeting monthly sales targets. The Sales Executive will contribute to showroom display standards, participate in promotional events, and support overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, closing techniques, and target-driven work habits.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and interest in the automotive sector; prior experience in car sales or retail sales is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfort with using computers and digital tools for billing, reporting, CRM, and documentation.
