The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of goods, materials, and services required for the organization's operations. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability criteria.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, operations, finance, and stores) to understand and fulfill procurement needs.
- Monitor and track purchase orders, deliveries,



and inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, pricing, and contracts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on trends, pricing fluctuations, and current suppliers.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including discrepancies in quality, delivery delays, or payments.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct periodic performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
