We are looking for an experienced Admin Head to lead administration and facility operations across our offices, project sites, and hospitality properties while driving operational excellence through systems, processes, and accountability.

Role Overview

As the Admin Head, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end administration, facility management, vendor operations, budgeting, manpower planning, statutory compliance, and project support across multiple locations. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong ownership, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead administration and facility operations across multiple offices and project sites.
- Manage vendors, AMCs, contracts, housekeeping, security, and facility services.




- Control administrative budgets and drive cost optimization.
- Ensure statutory compliance, licenses, insurance renewals, and documentation.
- Lead manpower planning and supervise admin and facility teams.
- Conduct pre-handover inspections and operational readiness audits.
- Support project launches, Bhoomipoojan events, and site readiness.
- Develop SOPs, implement best practices, and conduct team training.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and performance tracking.
- Travel across project locations, including Goa, as required.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who have:
- 8–14 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Property Management.
- Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in vendor management, budgeting, and manpower management.
