We're hiring an Inventory & MIS Executive to support stock audits, Excel reporting, and basic IT troubleshooting for a multi-branch retail company based in Jaipur. Good opportunity for candidates strong in Excel who want to grow into ERP/back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stock audits at the Jaipur store, with Occasional visits to outstation stores
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (stock, sales, reconciliation) using Excel or Google Sheets
- Reconcile stock transfers and inventory transactions.
- Basic troubleshooting for desktops, printers, CCTV — vendor coordination as needed.
- Support ERP data entry and Basic E-commerce activities like order/return/Inventory updates (training provided)
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Any Stream.
- 0–2 years Experience. Freshers with strong Excel skills and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Basic formulas, Data entry, Simple reports)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, peripherals, and troubleshooting.
- Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
