Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and data entry.
- Handle customer onboarding and CRM updates.
- Coordinate customer integrations.
- Provide post-sales support.
- Track onboarding progress and prepare basic reports.
- Improve operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
