Position: US IT Recruiter

Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for the US market.
- Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet client delivery timelines.
