Role Description
This remote contract Game Developer role focuses on building and refining mini-games and core gameplay features for the PlayVlay platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and optimizing game mechanics, collaborating with designers to translate concepts into playable experiences, and ensuring smooth performance across devices. The Game Developer will write clean, maintainable code, debug and resolve technical issues,



and contribute to iterative improvements based on player feedback and analytics. The role may also involve integrating social features, refining user flows, and supporting rapid prototyping of new game ideas.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
- Candidates should possess Game Programming and Gameplay Programming skills.
- Candidates should possess Game Design skills, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging interactive experiences.
- Experience with at least one game engine (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Godot) and relevant scripting languages such as C#, C++, or similar.
- Understanding of performance optimization, debugging, and profiling for mobile and/or web platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience shipping games or interactive protot
