Position: Assistant - Accountant

Experience: 12 Years (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply)

CTC: Up to 3.0 LPA

Vulture Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in the water and wastewater management industry, specializing in STP, ETP, WTP, RO, and solid waste management solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and expense statements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in GST-related documentation, return preparation, and compliance.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.




- Process employee reimbursements and petty cash transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and other financial reports for management.

Required Skills:-
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Valuable communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines.

Qualification:-
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Freshers with excellent accounting knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate:-
- Experience with GST and TDS compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software.
