- Assist in the development of conceptual design presentations, including mood boards,

material palettes, and 3D renderings/visualizations.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, reflected

ceiling plans, and millwork details, ensuring accuracy and adherence to code.
- Source, select, and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E;), finishes, and

accessories, maintaining organized sample libraries and tracking specifications.
- Produce accurate and detailed FF&E; schedules.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with design intent.

Project Coordination & Management:
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project coordination meetings, taking detailed notes and documenting action items.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, fabricators, and consultants.
- Assist in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and deliverable schedules.
- Conduct on-site inspections and punch lists to ensure the quality of execution aligns with the design specifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
