Role - Consultant - Partner Management

A dual-focused role responsible for searching, vetting, and onboarding global In-Country Partners (ICPs) and compliance consultants, while proactively managing ongoing partner performance, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and operational escalation resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Global Partner Sourcing: Conduct strategic online research (LinkedIn, web engines) to identify, shortlist, and issue RFPs/RFQs to local payroll and compliance vendors worldwide.
- Vetting & Onboarding: Perform mandatory Client Reference Verifications (CRV) and coordinate with internal teams to guide prospective partners through security/IT compliance audits.
- Contracting Support:



Work closely with Legal to initiate and address exceptions in NDAs, MSAs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Relationship & SLA Management: Oversee daily vendor performance, ensuring strict adherence to turnaround times (TAT), accuracy metrics, and contract terms.
- Issue & Billing Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact to resolve operational bottlenecks, localized invoicing disputes, and client-driven Change Requests (CR).
- Governance & Reporting: Update daily action trackers and the live *Governance Monthly Tracker* to evaluate partner health and assist leadership with project allocation.

- 70% or above mandatory across educational qualifications
