Role Description
This full-time, in office role as an IT, Networking & Security Product Engineer and Technician is based in the South Goa district. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including network devices, security appliances, and related software. Responsibilities include monitoring systems and networks for security incidents, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing security policies and controls.



The position requires collaborating with internal teams and clients to deploy security products, perform routine maintenance, document configurations, and support upgrades and patches. The role also includes testing new solutions, providing user support and training, and ensuring that systems comply with organizational and regulatory security standards.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including system administration and basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with Network Security, such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure network design.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security principles, including risk assessment, access control, encryption, and incident response.
- Understanding of Application Security concepts, secure coding practices, and common vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques.
