Content Whale is looking for an Sr. Sales Executive to manage client relationships, understand business requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, client satisfaction, and opportunities for account growth.





What will you do?

As Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be the main point of contact for client accounts, managing relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring clients receive the best experience throughout their journey. Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Understand client goals, requirements, briefs, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Content, SEO, Design, Web, and Email Marketing.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, and regular updates.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and account-related documents.
- Handle client concerns, feedback, and escalations effectively.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
