- Understand customer travel requirements through effective questioning.
- Recommend suitable holiday packages based on customer preferences and budget.
- Prepare and share quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with customers regularly until closure.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional travel services.
