Primary Responsibilities:
- Achievement of delivery targets across our programmatic DSP platform and paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) for an allocated portfolio of mobile app campaigns - owning PL target achievement end-to-end.
- Monitor performance and scale across all channels including regular in-depth data analysis, granular optimization,
and reporting against KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and SKAN/MMP-attributed metrics.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle on paid social platforms - from audience strategy, creative briefing, and campaign build to bid management, budget pacing, and post-campaign analysis - for both User Acquisition (UA) and Retargeting (RT) objectives.
- Manage Meta Advantage+ and standard campaign structures (App Campaigns, AEO, VO), TikTok App Campaign types (ACO, Smart+), and Snapchat Goal-Based Bidding with a strong grasp of each platform's auction dynamics and algorithm behaviour.
- Understand, learn, and expand your scope across different advertiser app verticals, programmatic supply, data integration, deep linking, energetic creatives, and platform-native creative formats (TikTok-first video, Meta Reels, Snapchat Story/Commercials).
