Manage the data quality of trades and ensure accuracy in trade execution.
Collaborate with the trading team to resolve discrepancies in trade data.
Provide real-time support for trade-related inquiries and issues.
2. Investment Quality Control
Conduct daily checks on investment-related data to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Implement governance measures to ensure the timeliness and reliability of investment data.
Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
3. Corporate Action Governance
Perform due diligence on corporate actions affecting holdings listed on Current York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Nasdaq.
Analyze the impact of corporate actions on investment portfolios.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to corporate actions.
4. Internal Financial Portal Management
Provide support in managing and maintaining the internal financial portal.
Collaborate with IT and other internal teams to improve portal functionality and user experience.
Conduct regular updates and maintenance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
Pursuing CFA or completed atleast L1.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Knowledge of trade execution processes and investment management.
Familiarity with corporate actions related to NYSE and Nasdaq listed securities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
