A field recruiter is responsible for actively sourcing, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for a company by directly interacting with them in the field, including attending job fairs, networking events, and building relationships with industry contacts, to identify and recruit top talent, often focusing on building a talent pipeline through in-person interactions and community outreach. Key responsibilities of a field recruiter:
- On-site candidate sourcing:Actively seek out potential candidates at job fairs, industry events, community centers, and other relevant locations.
- Relationship building:Establish and maintain connections with local businesses, community leaders, educational institutions, and qualified organizations to identify potential candidates.
- Conducting interviews:Interview candidates on-site, assessing their skills, experience, and fit for the role.




- Candidate screening and evaluation:Review resumes and applications, pre-screen candidates based on job requirements, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Networking and outreach:Leverage personal networks and community connections to identify passive candidates.
- Presentation of company culture:Promote the company's values and culture to potential candidates during interactions.
- Recruitment strategy development:Collaborate with HR teams to develop targeted recruitment strategies for specific roles and regions.

Preferred candidate profile
- Should have vehicle- bike/scooty.
- Ready to travel across Palghar to Naigaon.
- Should be active and communicative.
