About the Role

Task Tracker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented
Tele Callers
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with prospective customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and scheduling product demonstrations. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.




- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and sales processes.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
