This is not a job. There is no salary, no stipend, and no reimbursement in the first 90 days. If you need income right now, this role will hurt you and we would rather you didn't apply.

This is a founding-partner track. You contribute time and judgment during the hardest phase of company-building, and in exchange you get a real shot at an equity position, a co-creator's title, and the kind of scar tissue you cannot buy. Most applicants will not convert. We are being blunt about that up front so nobody is surprised in month four.

NikatAI is building AI that works at the level of the neighbourhood — the street, the society, the local business — rather than the level of the enterprise. We think the next wave of helpful AI in India is not another chatbot for a Fortune 500; it's tooling that a 40-shop market street, a housing society,



or a two-person local service business can actually operate.

We are early. Small team, real product motion, no funding theatre. You'd be joining while things are still being decided, which is the entire point.

What a Founding Partner actually does

You own an outcome, not a task list. Pick one track — we're not looking for generalists who float:

Track A — Product & Engineering
Ship working software. Own a surface area end to end: build it, break it, fix it, watch real users touch it. Comfortable with LLM APIs, rapid prototyping, and shipping something imperfect this week over something perfect next quarter.

Track B — Growth & Go-to-Market
Get NikatAI in front of the people who'd pay for it. Founder-led sales, pilot acquisition, partnership conversations, pricing experiments. You will do unglamorous outbound and walk into physical markets. Not a "growth hacking" role.

Track C — Content & Brand
Build the public voice.
