Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Purchase Manager role based in Gurugram. The Purchase Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor identification, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials, packaging, and services. The role includes monitoring stock levels, planning purchases based on production schedules, and coordinating with warehousing and production teams to maintain optimal inventory. The Purchase Manager will track purchase orders, ensure timely delivery, verify invoices, and support cost optimization without compromising quality.



The role also involves maintaining accurate procurement records, analyzing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including vendor management, negotiation, and contract handling.
- Experience in inventory and supply chain management, with the ability to plan material requirements based on production needs.
- Proficiency in using ERP or similar procurement and inventory software, along with solid MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of food production or FMCG industry standards, quality requirements, and basic regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and finance.
