Overview:

As the Sr. Manager - Human Resources
, you will lead the entire HR function, driving talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, performance management, and overall organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with the Founder and department heads to ensure a high-performance, luxury-driven work culture.

Reports to:
The role requires working closely with and reporting to the Founder.

What would you be required to do?

• Lead the entire gamut of HR practices, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.

• Manage Key HR processes, including payroll input, recruitment, onboarding, HR metrics, and benefits administration, Employee Engagement, and continuous improvement of HR systems while overseeing the HR budget.

• Lead the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding for both campus and lateral positions, use current recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent within the luxury industry.





• Collaborate with HODs to develop and execute job descriptions for recruitment requirements. • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, by integrating luxury and personalization into onboarding/orientation programs.

• Develop and implement an onboarding strategy that instils a sense of belonging and pride among the new members.

• Cultivate a culture of elegance and sophistication, where every interaction, from onboarding to evaluation represents luxury. • Analyze and report HR metrics, like cost per hire and retention rates.

• Demonstrate Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.

• Dealing with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action, when necessary, while promoting good job performance.

• Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the company's luxury ethos.
