Role Description
The Software Development Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Brentwood. This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that support client business needs and internal operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing a development team, assigning and tracking work, reviewing code for quality and performance,



and ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. The role involves collaborating closely with consultants, business stakeholders, and technical staff to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and refine solutions based on feedback. The Software Development Lead also oversees system integration, conducts testing, supports deployment, and provides guidance on architecture, security, and scalability, while mentoring team members and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes.
