Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) Consultant with strong expertise in CMOD architecture, implementation, administration, and migration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing CMOD solutions, managing document indexing and retrieval, and leading end-to-end migration projects, including cloud migration to AWS.

The candidate should possess solid solution design capabilities and be able to independently define migration strategies with minimal guidance while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance document management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) solutions.
- Understand and manage CMOD architecture, including document storage, indexing, metadata management, and retrieval processes.




- Design and execute end-to-end migration strategies for line data and archived content to or from CMOD.
- Lead CMOD cloud migration projects, including migration to AWS.
- Analyze existing document repositories and recommend scalable migration and modernization solutions.
- Work with multiple document formats and optimize indexing, extraction, storage, and retrieval processes.
- Configure and maintain CMOD applications to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and application teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance tuning and optimization.
- Create technical documentation, migration plans, and implementation guides.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD).
- Strong understanding of CMOD architecture, repositories, metadata, storage structures, and retrieval mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience
