Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credentialing Specialist to join our agile team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that healthcare providers are properly enrolled and credentialed with payers, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and managing all aspects of the credentialing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage provider enrollment and payer credentialing processes (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers)
- Maintain and update CAQH profiles, licenses, certifications, and insurance documents
- Conduct primary source verifications and follow up with providers and payers for timely approvals
- Handle contracting and re-credentialing activities
- Ensure all credentialing documentation complies with payer and regulatory requirements
- Track and manage credentialing deadlines, expirations, and renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve credentialing issues or delays
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain detailed records in credentialing databases

Qualifications & Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in provider credentialing, enrollment, or healthcare administration
- Strong understanding of payer enrollment, CAQH, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and contracting workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal sk
