Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, counseling, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to mental healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Provide individual, couple, and family counseling as needed.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Deliver evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT,



or other appropriate interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Identify and manage crisis situations, making referrals when necessary.
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards.

Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling Psychology preferred).
- Valid license/registration to practice as a Psychologist.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with teletherapy or virtual consul
