Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Officer with 5–10 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all legal aspects related to land acquisition, title verification, property documentation, litigation, regulatory compliance, contract management, and coordination with government authorities. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, registration procedures, and construction-related legal matters.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for land and property acquisitions.
- Examine title deeds, encumbrance certificates, parent documents, and revenue records.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including:
- Sale Agreements
- Joint Development Agreements (JDA)
- Construction Agreements
- Lease Agreements
- Vendor & Service Agreements
- Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)




- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws including:
- RERA
- Registration Act
- Transfer of Property Act
- Contract Act
- Stamp Duty & Registration Rules
- Local Municipal and Development Authority Regulations
- Coordinate with advocates, government departments, registration offices, and statutory authorities.
- Handle legal notices, consumer complaints, litigation matters, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Support land acquisition and property registration processes.
- Monitor legal risks and provide practical legal advice to management.
- Maintain legal documentation, agreements, approvals, and litigation records.
- Assist internal departments on legal and compliance-related matters.
- Represent the organization during legal meetings and coordinate with external legal counsel.
