Role & responsibilities

Department Structure and System Development:
- Establish and streamline the structure and operational systems within the department.
- Provide guidance and support to store staff and managers, ensuring they understand operational goals and policies.

Purchase Department Management:
- Define and manage Reorder Levels (ROL), Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), and implement a green tag system for inventory control.
- Oversee stock levels, order processing, and inventory control to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular audits and manage stock rotation to maintain inventory accuracy.

Supplier Code and Management:
- Organize supplier KYC processes, standardize item classifications, price structures, and ensure accurate billing and calculation checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of supplier transactions, communication for accountability and audit purposes.




- Identify opportunities to optimize supplier management practices and implement best practices.

Corporate Purchasing Practices:
- Develop and implement corporate level purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Adopt corporate purchasing methodologies, including design catalog creation and online order systems.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers, emerging trends, and creative practices to enhance purchasing operations.

Jewel Courier and Billing Oversight:
- Coordinate the safe and timely dispatch of jewelry through approved courier services, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Track and verify the receipt of dispatched jewelry, maintaining clear records of delivery acknowledgments.
- Manage the preparation, review, and verification of bills related to jewel dispatch, ensuring accuracy in payable or paid transactions.
