The Business Analysis Senior Manager is an intermediate management-level position responsible for understanding business problems, analyzing them thoroughly, finding appropriate solutions and implementing them. This BA position requires positive analytical knowledge on Fixed Income and Derivative products from Front Office perspective. The role also needs ability to document key requirements, work closely with development team at all stages of SDLC and communicate program/project updates to the stakeholders.

Business Analysts with experience ONLY in JIRA, QA Testing, BRD, Reconciliation but without quantitative skills need NOT apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Product analysis for a global Front office Trade booking and risk management systems in Fixed Income and Derivative Products
- Consult with business end users to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and define necessary system enhancements
- Identify and communicate risks and propose risk mitigation options,



considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
- Assist system change processes through implementation by providing technical knowledge to ensure efficiency
- Work with various internal and business teams to achieve business goals and negotiate with external parties as needed
- Provide evaluative judgments based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and Safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
