About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical CA professional with experience in investment banking, financial analysis, valuation, and corporate finance. The candidate will also support the Accounts & Finance team in financial reporting, accounting, compliance, and MIS activities.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Banking & Corporate Finance
- Prepare financial models, DCF valuations, comparable company analysis, and transaction valuations.
- Conduct industry, market, and company research.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, mergers, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, pitch books, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial statements and assess business performance.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor performance.
- Assist management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.

Accounts & Finance
- Review accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, forecasting,



and variance analysis.
- Support statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and financial compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act requirements.
- Support ERP/SAP accounting processes and financial controls.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant CA
- 2–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Financial Advisory.
- Solid understanding of financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
