Profile Summary: The recruiter is responsible for end-to-end sourcing and closure of high-volume advisor roles (V4/V5) and customer service and backend positions, ensuring hiring targets are met on time, in full, and within quality benchmarks. The role is central to Worxpertise's bulk hiring engine and works closely with the TA and HR Ops teams to keep the funnel healthy against aggressive monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and consultants to build a consistent, high-volume pipeline.
- Maintain and update the recruitment funnel tracker everyday
- Drive the employee referral program internally, track referral status, and coordinate referral bonus payouts with HR Ops.
- Conduct first-level screening interviews to assess communication skills, process fit, and role suitability for voice/non-voice positions.




- Stakeholder management and ensure fast turnaround between interview and offer stages to minimize candidate drop-off.
- Manage requisitions and candidate data in employeewise (ATS).
- Track and follow up on offer-to-joining conversion; proactively address last-mile drop-offs and no-shows.
- Participate in daily recruiter standups/scrums and share funnel status, blockers, and action items.
- Support employer branding efforts including job fairs, campus drives, and local sourcing activities as needed.

Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, target orientation, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable stakeholder coordination and follow-up discipline.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
- Ability to multitask across multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM full-time in HR is preferred.
- Must have V5 level communication.
- English
