Role & responsibilities

1) Collect customer schedule from I/C Marketing Department

2) WIP stock checking

3) Production done as per PPC plan

4) Tooling, maintenance parts, requirement indent in ERP take approval from concern dep. & forward to I/C Purchase Dept.

5) Inputs for preparation of work orders as per production plan.

6) Resolve schedule complains & shortages, monitor machine booking & planning.

7) Monitoring material movement from one operation to another in consolation with I/C Production

8) Monthly machine plan as per requirement.

9) Approved changes required in production process after discussion with DGM/GM/Director.

10) Work order closing. Reduction of throughput time.

11) Ensure the production facilities one month before related to tooling and Process plan.

12) Verification of Production report.

13) Planning of machine tooling.

Preparation of development parts

15) Resolving production problem

16) Manpower control

17) Loss data report preparation on daily basis, monitor it & take action

18) Ensure planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance

19) Special tool drawing

1. Optimum allocation of resources to meet customer schedule on time.

2. Improve ITR and reduce age of inventory (WIP & FG).

3. Ensure uninterrupted flow of product through optimum production plan to meet the customer schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

1). Graduate in BBA or MBA in Production Planning specialization

2). Minimum 5 years in Production in Manufacturing sector
