Job Purpose

The role is accountable for drivingbusiness growth and portfolio quality across the assigned branches. It entailsleading sales strategy and execution, expanding market presence, andstrengthening client, and builder/developer relationships through Direct teamconnectors. The incumbent will build and develop high-performing teams,ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and foster aculture of customer-centricity. By closely monitoring business performance,portfolio health, and market dynamics, the role contributes to sustainablegrowth and competitive advantage in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets for the assigned locations

Drive consistent market penetration and identifynew markets and avenues for expansion.

Develop and nurture long-term clientrelationships to generate repeat business, while managing, connectors, andbuilder/developer tie-ups.

Ensure timely customer service delivery,resolution of client queries, and strict compliance with policies andregulatory guidelines.

Lead, mentor,



and motivate Relationship Manager/ Resident Manager / Sales Manager / Branch Manager to achieve businessobjectives.

Recruit, groom, and retain high-performing teamswith minimal attrition, while conducting regular training and performancereviews.

Monitor delinquency levels and portfolioquality, working closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensuresmooth loan disbursements.

Implement sales processes effectively across assignedbranches.

Ensuring adherence to compliance anddocumentation standards.

Conduct with branch teams as required andsupport them in presentation and selling skills.

Provide accurate market intelligence oncompetitors, products, and customer needs to senior management.

Prepare and share regular reports on salesperformance, client engagement, and market insights.
