Job Summary – Relationship Manager (Banking) - Mumbai

We are seeking a high-performing National /Government Bank Relationship Manager to drive our Financial Inclusion Initiative. You will represent the organisation for National /Government Bank partners. You will manage a diverse retail portfolio, expanding banking access to underserved communities and unbanked populations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage govt initiated schemes : Drive Govt schemes across channel

· Drive Revenue: Grow business on existing outlets and ensure training of newly acquired outlets

· Expand base : Network actively to expand in new high-value territories

· Resolve Issues: Act as a dedicated liaison to solve service problems quickly and efficiently among partners and organisation

· Monitor Trends: Track market changes and competitor offerings to proactively optimize organisations financial strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.





· Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate banking, financial services, or relationship management.

· Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and financial analysis capabilities.

· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex financial data clearly.

· Local Insight: Deep understanding of regional socioeconomic dynamics and community networks.
