Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized
*Payroll Operations Associate (U.S. Payroll | HRIS | Multi-State Payroll)*
to join their Payroll Department. This role is responsible for supporting U.S. payroll operations by managing payroll administration, employee payroll support, benefits administration, payroll tax updates, compliance activities, and payroll documentation. You will work efficiently under deadlines, communicate effectively with employees, and proactively identify and resolve payroll issues.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST | With 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

*Payroll Administration*
- Monitor and manage payroll-related emails, employee inquiries, notices, and payroll documentation, including PFL forms, VOE forms, PFML filing support, and related follow-ups
- Prepare, review, process, and track payroll adjustments, employee payroll corrections, and union-related payroll adjustments
- Process and maintain employee payroll tax withholding updates, including W-4 changes,



in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure payroll records are accurate, complete, and updated on a timely basis
- Support payroll processing activities while meeting strict payroll deadlines

*Employee Onboarding & Benefits Administration*
- Support employee onboarding through GoCo, including onboarding setup, employee record maintenance, and E-Verify processing
- Process new hire benefit enrollments, including Versatile Spending Accounts (FSA) and 401(k) enrollment and contribution changes
- Maintain employee payroll and benefits records

*Expense Reimbursements*
- Process employee expense reimbursements and Concur imports
- Review reimbursement information for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure reimbursements are processed within established timelines

*Payroll Tax & Union Administration*
- Maintain payroll tax withholding records and employee tax updates
