Role Description
The Engineer/Sr. Engineer – Production role is a full-time, in office position based in Kanpur. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring manufacturing targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Key tasks include planning and scheduling production, monitoring machine performance, optimizing processes, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and defects.



The role involves analyzing production data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions. The Engineer/Sr. Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, support training of shop-floor personnel, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with company goals.

Eligibility Criteria
:
3 Year Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 3-5 Years of Experience.

Skills Required:
- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering skills, including knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting production data, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements.
- Candidates should possess experience in Production Planning, including capacity planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
