*About the Role*

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive with a background in the education industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating admissions/enrollments, building relationships with prospective students/parents, and promoting our institution's programs through effective sales and marketing strategies.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments/admissions through calls, meetings, and counseling sessions
- Conduct presentations and counseling sessions for prospective students and parents, explaining courses, fee structures, and benefits
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and on-ground) to increase brand visibility
- Build and maintain solid relationships with schools, colleges, education consultants, and other channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up consistently to ensure timely conversions
- Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events




- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to help refine sales and marketing strategy
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content, social media promotions, and lead-generation activities
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness

*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the education sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel locally for promotions and events, if required
