Job Summary

Maria Group is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Cum Tele-calling Executives to join our team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records and call logs.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining service quality.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Eligibility
- Qualification:



Plus Two or Any Degree
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer service or telecalling are preferred.
- Age: Below 35 years
- Gender: Male/Female

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on performance)
