Role Description
This full time, on-site Luxury Hotels – Guest Relations role is based in Chennai and focuses on delivering a premium experience to hotel guests. The Guest Relations qualified will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth, personalized stay from arrival to departure.



Daily responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, coordinating with front office and other hotel departments, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism. The role involves monitoring guest feedback, supporting upselling and cross-selling of hotel services, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards. The Guest Relations professional will also maintain detailed records of guest preferences and interactions to foster repeat business and loyalty.
