Position: Recruiter (Human Resources)

Location: Lower Parel and/or Turbhe

Purpose:

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting qualified candidates, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting workforce planning initiatives to ensure timely fulfillment of organizational manpower requirements.

Additionally, the role will also support generalist HR activities including employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, documentation, policy implementation, and coordination of routine HR processes to ensure effective human resource management and employee support.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions across functions and levels.

- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, networking, and other recruitment channels.




- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate technical/functional interviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate database and talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status, hiring metrics, and market availability.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants where applicable.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and recruitment-related documentation.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
