Role Overview
We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth by managing inbound inquiries, nurturing prospects, and closing deals across our diverse portfolio. You will not only act as a closer but also as a dedicated Relationship Manager, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support while actively generating referrals to expand our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Management: Promptly engage with, qualify, and convert warm inbound leads interested in our medical equipment, AI labs,
and healthcare franchises.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, lead statuses, and sales pipelines within our CRM system.
- Strategic Follow-ups: Execute consistent and professional follow-up strategies via phone, email, and meetings to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Deal Closure: Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial consultation and product demonstration to negotiating terms and successfully closing deals.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for onboarded clients, ensuring high satisfaction, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Referral Generation: Actively leverage existing client relationships to generate high-quality referrals, driving organic growth and expanding our market footprint.
