Job Profile - Project Manager / Assistant Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager with construction industry experience to lead end-to-end project management, supervise project engineering teams, manage project planning and estimation, ensure QA/QC compliance,



and coordinate with GDC and US stakeholders for successful project delivery.

- Directly supervise and train project engineering team members across tiers
- Schedule/facilitate project meetings
- Lead daily coordination with GDC project managers
- Own initial estimating efforts (hours/resources) for recent projects
- Lead product development for the GDC team; supervise phased development work
- Maintain QA/QC standards, project records, correspondence, weekly status reporting
- Build relationships with GDC & US counterparts

Must - Have Qualifications:
- Minimum
8 years of construction industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory/team leadership experience.
- Proven track record managing projects start-to-finish
- Strong stakeholder negotiation/relationship-building skills
