We are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow ITAM (IT Asset Management) Specialist
to design, implement, and support IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITAM processes, ServiceNow development and configuration, asset lifecycle management, CMDB, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain
ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM)
modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items within ServiceNow.
- Maintain data quality across ITAM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with third-party discovery, procurement, and inventory systems.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle tracking.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, procurement, security, and compliance teams to improve asset governance.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and organizational governance standards.
- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and testing of ServiceNow releases.

Required Skills
- 5 to 10+ years of experience working with the
ServiceNow platform

- Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow ITAM
, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and/or Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Solid knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Special
