Role Description
The Associate role is a full time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Associate will draft and review legal documents, contracts, and opinions across core practice areas such as taxation, insolvency, corporate and commercial law, and dispute resolution. Daily responsibilities include legal research,



case analysis, preparation of briefs and submissions, and coordination with senior lawyers on litigation and advisory matters. The role also involves client communication, assisting in negotiations, supporting compliance reviews, and contributing to strategic case planning. Associates are expected to manage their matters efficiently, meet deadlines, and uphold the firm’s standards of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and drafting skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory materials.
- Experience or demonstrable interest in Taxation Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Corporate and Commercial Law, and dispute resolution or litigation.
