Required Skills:
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with
ServiceNow SAM Pro

- Strong knowledge of
Software Asset Management, License Reconciliation, Normalization, Software Models, and Entitlements
.
- Hands-on experience with
JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
.
- Experience with
CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and integrations
.
- Positive understanding of
software licensing
(Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, etc.).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and production support.
- CSA certification
required;
CIS-SAM
preferred.
Nice to Have:
- HAM Pro, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics.
- Experience with SCCM/Intune/Jamf integrations.
