Role Overview

As part of the Mahindra Auto Accessories team, the Manager – Graphic Design will play a key role in translating brand identity into compelling visual assets across merchandise, packaging, retail, and digital platforms. This role is critical in enhancing Mahindra’s lifestyle and adventure positioning through consistent and high-quality graphic design execution across all consumer touchpoints. The incumbent will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with the brand ethos.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Asset Creation

Create graphic assets for merchandise, packaging, retail displays, and digital channels.

Design artwork that aligns with Mahindra’s lifestyle and adventure positioning.

Brand Collateral Development

Develop brand collateral including labels, tags, and in-store visual materials.

Ensure all assets reflect strong typography, layout, and brand consistency.

Marketing & Campaign Support

Support the marketing team with campaign creatives,



digital content, and promotional materials.

Adapt design outputs across various platforms ensuring effectiveness and visual appeal.

Brand Consistency & Governance

Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all merchandise and consumer touchpoints.

Ensure visual consistency across categories, channels, and seasonal collections.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with design, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.

Work with vendors and production teams to ensure design fidelity through execution.

Experience

Key Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Solid expertise in brand design, packaging design, and typography.

Ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual communication.

Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Effective collaboration and stakeholder manage
