AMEC Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern with excellent communication skills to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and document verification activities.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, including offer letters and appointment letters.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related activities and follow-ups.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, MBA, BBA, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with candidates over phone and email.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
