Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of enterprise-grade AI and machine learning platforms
- Lead multiple AI initiatives and guide technical leads and senior scientists
- Design scalable AI systems, data pipelines, and model deployment architectures
- Drive innovation in applied AI, generative AI, and advanced machine learning techniques

What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML development
- 5+ years of deep experience designing and deploying machine learning systems at scale
- Proven experience architecting AI platforms and enterprise-level ML systems
- Solid background in distributed systems, data platforms, and cloud-based AI infrastructure
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large technical teams or AI programs
Technical Expertise
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent
- Experience with modern AI architectures including LLMs, generative AI, and advanced deep learning systems
- Strong knowledge of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and production AI systems
