About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Email Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries through email in a qualified, accurate, and timely manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills and proven experience managing customer interactions via email.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns via email promptly and professionally.
- Draft explicit, accurate, and customer-friendly email responses.
- Resolve customer complaints while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
- Ensure all email communications adhere to company standards and response timelines.




- Handle multiple customer conversations efficiently while maintaining quality.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Email Customer Support or Customer Service (Email Process).
- Excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar and email etiquette.
- Proven experience in handling customer queries through email.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM or customer support ticketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
