Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on internal controls and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct internal audits across various functions, including Finance, Operations, IT, HR, and Supply Chain.
- Identify areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective auditing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in Internal Audit or related field (CA/Pursuing CA).
- Solid understanding of IND AS standards and process audit principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Effective communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply.
