About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Medical Coding Trainer to conduct online training sessions in Telugu and English. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in medical coding standards, healthcare documentation, and medical billing processes. The trainer should be able to deliver practical, industry-focused training that prepares students for careers in the healthcare and medical coding industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online Medical Coding training sessions in Telugu.
- Teach ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards with practical examples.
- Train students on medical billing processes, healthcare documentation, and coding compliance.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and coding practice exercises.
- Guide students through real-time coding scenarios,



case studies, and industry-based projects.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and coding assessments.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to aspiring medical coders.
- Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.

Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Medical Coding, Medical Billing, Healthcare Documentation, or Medical Coding Training.
- Prior experience in online teaching or technical training is preferred.
- Certification in Medical Coding (AAPC, AHIMA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
