Role Description
The Premium Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves advising students on suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their academic background, career goals, and financial considerations. The Premium Counselor will conduct detailed counseling sessions, assist with application planning and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth progress across test prep,



admissions, loans, and visa support. Daily responsibilities include following up with prospective and existing students, maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions, and using digital tools and communication channels to guide students throughout their journey. The Premium Counselor will also contribute to improving counseling processes, sharing feedback from students, and supporting outreach or information sessions when needed.

Qualifications
- Strong counseling, advisory, or mentoring skills, with the ability to understand student needs and provide clear guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English and comfort in student-facing conversations.
- Ability to use digital tools, CRM or student management systems, and basic office software for documentation and follow-up.
- Good analytical and organizational skills
